High performance, lightweight springs manufactured in the UK using an advanced Silicone Chrome Steel.
Spring rate increments as low as 25lb/in, to get you on the right spring rate, with little compromise.
With a spring rate accuracy of +/-2% and precision ground ends, consistency is high on the agenda for us. We've kept weight as low as possible, while keeping reliability too.
The semi gloss black coating is both durable and looks great on any shock.
These springs are designed for use on all brands of shocks, with use of our Performance Adapters, where required.
Comes complete with 28mm extender, so that you have adequate preload adjustment range (maximum preload on these springs is 2 turns). These springs can be much shorter than standard springs, so this spacer will effectively make the spring longer, without excessive weight.
Available in 65mm max stroke (these will fit 47.5-55mm stroke shocks too, as they're much shorter than standard springs) in rates from 350lb/in to 800lb/in, and 75mm max stroke in rates from 275lb/in to 650lb/in.

CNC machined aerospace-grade aluminium and hard anodised piston, along with high-grade valving shims and an uprated IFP spring.
As standard, these dampers have a base valve piston that preloads the shim stack. This makes the transition between the LSC oil flow and the piston oil flow feel harsh, due to a sharp rise in damping. Our piston kit doesn't preload the shim stack, giving a much smoother transition, allowing the damper to take control of the impact, rather than transfer it through to you and the bike.
Our design allows the tuner the ability to create much more support for the rider, while the high-flow design still allows the damper to open up and take those harsh impacts.
The Piston Kit comes complete with:
Aerospace-grade aluminium and hard anodised base valve piston.
Full shim kit, with enough shims to create all of our suggested tunes, including rebound shims.
Uprated IFP spring, for better pressure balance in the system.

The HAWK30X are the strongest, most durable, most extreme wheels Berd has ever designed. Made specifically for downhill and enduro riding and racing, these are not just a marginally improved version of the HAWK30. These are in an entirely different class.
The spokes for HAWK30X wheels are our brand new PolyLightX spokes, which are exclusively available with the HAWK30X wheels. With a diameter that is 50% larger, PolyLightX spokes are 44% stiffer and have more than double the abrasion resistance compared to our already-strong PolyLight spokes. Still, they weigh only 3.5 grams each (1 gram more than our standard spokes).
The HAWK30X rims are a result of our extremely strong partnership with We Are One Composites in Canada. The rims have the same external geometry as our HAWK30 rims, but with a bolstered layup to provide an unbelievably high impact strength.
The 30 mm internal rim width pairs well with 2.4" to 2.6" tires, while the 18 mm depth yields engineered radial compliance and high lateral stiffness. The combination of vibration damping from Berd spokes and the radial compliance of the rim means more speed over rough terrain, increased control and trail feel, and less rider fatigue.
With an extremely wide 3.75 mm rim lip, the HAWK30X rim spreads out tire/rim impacts across a larger surface area to prevent tire and rim damage during acute impacts.
The HAWK30X wheelset is built around our flagship Berd Talon Hub featuring hooked hub flanges designed to work specifically with Berd spokes along with a dual-sprung 54t ratchet freehub.
HAWK30X is also available to be ordered using the Onyx Classic Hook Flange Hub system in 12x148 boost rear spacing. These Classic Hook Flange hubs are an all-new design of the burly Classic hub which features the two full clutches in a machined hub body that resembles the Vesper hub system. This delivers a rear hub that is strong and durable enough for heavy, high torque usage in a package that is just 10 grams heavier than the Vesper. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery of wheels with Onyx hubs.
